Our Staff

Any care home is only as good as the staff who work there and make the happy atmosphere where people feel at home. We pride ourselves on our high staffing ratios which enable everyone to feel they will have help when they need it and not feel they are in an unresponsive institution.

Training is a crucial part of the structure at Clarondene and this is reflected in the calibre of the staff and the level of their qualifications.
